19ph Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and 19ph ("19ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 19ph platform, including the website at https://19ph.best, all associated mobile interfaces, and any gaming products or services offered therein.

By completing the 19ph registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the 19ph platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at 19ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 19ph or any associated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any business entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or permanently banned from the 19ph platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 19ph or its licensed game providers.

19ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and funds retained pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active 19ph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or otherwise linked identities — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 19ph will rely on the details in your account file for all correspondence, payment processing, and identity verification.

• Your chosen password must be kept confidential. 19ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
• Notify 19ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account — is not permitted.

19ph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have gameplay or withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 19ph are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 19ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, 19ph will coordinate with you to arrange an alternative method registered to your verified name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500 for e-wallets; ₱1,000 for bank transfers.
• KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard processing time: within 24 hours for e-wallet withdrawals; within 3 banking days for bank transfers.
• VIP members at Diamond and Elite tiers receive priority withdrawal processing with faster settlement timelines.
• 19ph may request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000 to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Balances derived solely from bonus credits, or balances on accounts that have not completed at least one real-money wager since the last deposit, may not be eligible for immediate withdrawal. Contact 19ph support if you are uncertain about your withdrawal eligibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

19ph offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is live. General principles applicable to all 19ph bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your 19ph account balance upon meeting any stated activation conditions.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games, card games, and sports/esports markets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• 19ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns designed purely to clear bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

7. Wagering and Gameplay

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 19ph system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player. Results of all games are determined by certified random number generation or by live event outcomes, as applicable to the game type.

• It is your responsibility to ensure bet amounts and selections are correct before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, the round or bet affected will be reviewed. If a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned to your balance.
• Winnings displayed within a game interface are provisional until the final settlement is posted to your 19ph account balance.
• For sports and esports markets, settlement follows the official results published by the governing tournament body. Any result subsequently reversed by the governing body after 19ph settlement will not result in resettlement unless the change occurs within 24 hours of the original settlement.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

19ph is committed to providing a fair environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the 19ph platform.
• Exploiting software errors, calculation errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion creates an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or otherwise tampering with any 19ph software or game logic.
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Any conduct that 19ph reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or financial fraud.

19ph uses fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

19ph may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documents provided are found to be fraudulent or insufficient.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request is in force.
• Required verification has not been completed within a stated timeframe.
• Account activity is flagged by 19ph's anti-money-laundering systems.

Where an account is closed for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate funds that are not subject to any ongoing investigation or hold will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 19ph support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to also activate the self-exclusion option to prevent re-registration.

10. Responsible Gaming

19ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising potential harm. The following tools are available to all registered 19ph members at no cost and without requiring any approval period:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Session time limits: Receive notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum 6-month exclusion period. Re-activation requires a cooling-off period and formal review.
• Reality check reminders: Regular on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net gaming position.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 19ph platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and user interface designs — is the property of 19ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any 19ph content without prior written permission. The 19ph name, logo, and brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 19ph's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19ph is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, Philippine network outages, or scheduled maintenance.
• Financial losses arising from a player's own decision-making during gameplay.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a player's failure to keep credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits 19ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

19ph collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• Personal data is used for account administration, payment processing, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• 19ph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations and retention requirements.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 19ph platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 19ph support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through escalated support review within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

15. Amendments to These Terms

19ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 19ph will provide notice to registered members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the 19ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
